About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a Sales Performance Manager to strengthen the execution, discipline, and day‑to‑day performance of our North America Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, NAMER, this role is the operational heartbeat of the field&mdash;bringing rigor to pipeline management, sharpening sales activity, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across every territory. You&rsquo;ll manage senior Territory Sales Managers and work closely with the wider Sales team through constant cadence, hands‑on coaching, and live deal support to ensure a clear, accurate outlook for the North American generator sales business.
What You&rsquo;ll Do -
Pipeline, CRM &amp; Activity Rigor
<ul><li>Own and enforce strong pipeline discipline, stage accuracy, and conversion management.</li>
<li>Drive CRM best practice: hygiene, next steps, date fidelity, and complete opportunity data.</li>
<li>Maintain a clear, trusted weekly outlook of Intake, Revenue, and pipeline health across territories.</li>
<li>Publish weekly activity and standards scorecards with actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
Sales Closing &amp; Field Coaching
<ul><li>Conduct ride‑alongs with Territory Managers to support live deals, improve closing effectiveness, and embed field best practice.</li>
<li>Coach sellers on discovery, objection handling, competitive positioning, and partner/OEM engagement.</li>
<li>Reinforce consistent execution across the region through hands‑on support and structured follow‑up.</li>
</ul>
Performance Management
<ul><li>Monitor individual and team performance, surfacing gaps early and clearly.</li>
<li>Recommend and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with Territory and Regional Managers.</li>
<li>Ensure accountability to activity, pipeline, and standards expectations.</li>
</ul>
Sales Drumbeat &amp; Cadence Leadership
<ul><li>Maintain daily/weekly contact with field sellers to calibrate pipeline, review actions, and drive momentum.</li>
<li>Run territory reviews, pipeline scrubs, and standards discussions that keep the team aligned and on track.</li>
<li>Ensure leadership always has a clear, accurate view of the business outlook.</li>
</ul>
Enablement &amp; Onboarding
<ul><li>Deliver scalable, role‑based training and onboarding to accelerate ramp time.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent playbook of talk tracks, templates, and tools that support high‑quality field execution.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul><li>6+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Performance, Sales Enablement, or Sales Management within B2B field sales.</li>
<li>Proven experience driving CRM discipline, pipeline rigor, and sales activity management.</li>
<li>Strong coaching and field‑based sales support experience (ride‑alongs, deal coaching, call reviews).</li>
<li>Comfortable with performance management, escalation, and structured improvement plans.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive today; future CRM experience welcome), Excel/Sheets, and BI tools like Power BI.</li>
<li>Excellent communicator able to influence Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance teams.</li>

Sales Performance Manager

Estimated Compensation Details: $73,000 - $125,000 (including base salary + on-target commission earnings)

Overview
Reporting to the Sales Delivery Manager North America, the job holder will be responsible for selling and educating our existing customers on Peak Protected Service Contracts. The individual will be responsible for inside sales, supporting geographical territories within North America. The Inside Sales representative will interact with both direct end-user customers and reseller partners. Additionally, the role will directly oversee the Contract Renewals team with those team members reporting into this position. In line with Peak&rsquo;s strong customer service ethos, the role will involve further development of Peak Protected customer service strategies and functions.
Key Duties:
<ul><li>Lead and develop the Contract Renewals team through clear direction, performance coaching, and workload management to ensure timely and accurate renewal execution</li>
<li>Drive renewal performance, overseeing pipelines, improving retention and on time connectivity</li>
<li>Manage a personal territory consisting of prospects and customers across various markets including pharma, biotech, government, and academia
</li><li>Following up on leads and cold calling to establish new sales prospects, managing a pipeline and developing and delivering proposals for customers clearly illustrating Peak Scientific&rsquo;s service value proposition
</li><li>Input and update customer information and sales opportunities in the SAP CRM database daily and that accuracy is maintained</li>
<li>Update the ERP/CRM on a daily basis and maintain data integrity across business platforms</li>
<li>Follow established procedures and best practices</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of bi-weekly forecasts for your region for the Head of Service Sales and Director of Sales &amp; Marketing
</li><li>Monitors connect rate and prepare countermeasures when KPIs are not met</li>
<li>Represents Peak Scientific at tradeshows</li>
</ul>
 Experience, Skills and Qualifications
<ul><li>3 or more years Inside Sales experience or equivalent</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring, guiding, or supporting team members toward achieving shared goals</li>
<li>Proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities in their current position</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team interaction skills
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a contributing ream member
</li><li>Customer focused &ndash; able to build relationships and gain trust</li>
<li>Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven with the capacity to plan time effectively &amp; prioritize as required</li>
<li>Results driven, ability to manage personal and collective team targets</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills and ability to sell strategically
