Job Summary Peaky Peak Coffee &amp; Cocktail Lounge is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista/Bartender to join our growing team. We&rsquo;re not just pouring drinks &mdash; we&rsquo;re crafting moments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, hospitality, and the art of creating both coffee and cocktail experiences that guests remember. As a Bartender, you&rsquo;ll prepare and serve a variety of beverages &mdash; from craft lattes to signature cocktails &mdash; while keeping our bar area organized, welcoming, and in line with food safety standards. Your creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional service will help shape the warm, relaxing environment we&rsquo;re known for.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffee drinks and signature cocktails, according to recipes and guest preferences.</li><li>Keep the bar and coffee station clean, stocked, and well-organized at all times.</li><li>Ensure all beverage preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner &mdash; taking orders, answering questions, and creating a memorable experience.</li><li>Operate POS systems for order processing and payment handling.</li><li>Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.</li><li>Assist with light food preparation when needed, following safe food handling practices.</li><li>Work closely with fellow team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience as a bartender, barista, or in beverage preparation preferred but not required.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
