We work with leading healthcare organizations nationwide to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that create measurable impact and a more connected, patient-centered experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work closely with the CEO to manage their schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks.</li><li>Support the CEO and executive team in day-to-day sales and marketing operations.</li><li>Create client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using AI-driven design and content tools.</li><li>Use AI analytics platforms to identify sales opportunities, track leads, and support pipeline reporting.</li><li>Coordinate outreach campaigns and email marketing using automation tools to optimize engagement.</li><li>Manage and enhance PEC360&rsquo;s social media presence, leveraging AI-assisted content generation and scheduling tools.</li><li>Assist in preparing executive communications, thought leadership posts, and case studies highlighting PEC360&rsquo;s impact in healthcare.</li><li>Conduct AI-assisted market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.</li><li>Maintain CRM accuracy and support client follow-up workflows using automation and data insights.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align branding, messaging, and marketing assets across all digital platforms.</li><li>Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and client presentations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
