Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to manage their schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
- Support the CEO and executive team in day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
- Create client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials using AI-driven design and content tools.
- Use AI analytics platforms to identify sales opportunities, track leads, and support pipeline reporting.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and email marketing using automation tools to optimize engagement.
- Manage and enhance PEC360’s social media presence, leveraging AI-assisted content generation and scheduling tools.
- Assist in preparing executive communications, thought leadership posts, and case studies highlighting PEC360’s impact in healthcare.
- Conduct AI-assisted market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and support client follow-up workflows using automation and data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align branding, messaging, and marketing assets across all digital platforms.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Sales experience a plus.
- Strong proficiency with AI productivity and marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and a passion for innovation, technology, and the future of AI in healthcare.
- Experience in a technology, healthcare, or startup environment preferred.
