About UsPeck&rsquo;s Graphics LLC is a fast-growing wholesale printing and engraving company specializing in UV printing, engraving, sublimation, and wide-format printing. We work with distributors nationwide to produce high-quality custom products ranging from awards and promotional items to unique custom pieces.We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled UV Printer or Laser Engraver to join our team. This role is hands-on, creative, and offers variety.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate the MIMAKI UJF-7151 Plus II printer and other wide-format printing equipment.</li><li>Operate Epilog and Lasit Laser Systems.</li><li>Manage print jobs from start to finish, including setup, production, and finishing.</li><li>Prepare customer proofs and ensure accurate approval before production.</li><li>Maintain equipment, perform routine cleaning, and troubleshoot basic issues.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time order fulfillment.</li><li>Work independently when required and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Uphold quality standards to ensure every product meets customer expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Required: Hands-on experience with UV printing and or Laser Engraving.</li><li>Required: Experience in graphic arts/design (CorelDRAW preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with creating and adjusting artwork for print production.</li><li>Ability to follow job specs and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with mechanical aptitude.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Full-time, steady work with a variety of projects&mdash;never boring.</li><li>Be part of a veteran-owned, growing company with an excellent reputation.</li><li>Supportive team environment where quality and customer service come first.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with us as we expand our capabilities and customer base.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UV Printing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Laser engraving: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Graphics Design: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
