UV Printer or Laser Operator with Graphics Art Experience

Peck’s Graphics LLC is a fast-growing wholesale printing and engraving company specializing in UV printing, engraving, sublimation, and wide-format printing. We work with distributors nationwide to produce high-quality custom products ranging from awards and promotional items to unique custom pieces.

We’re looking for a skilled UV Printer or Laser Engraver to join our team. This role is hands-on, creative, and offers variety.

Responsibilities

• Operate the MIMAKI UJF-7151 Plus II printer and other wide-format printing equipment.
• Operate Epilog and Lasit Laser Systems.
• Manage print jobs from start to finish, including setup, production, and finishing.
• Prepare customer proofs and ensure accurate approval before production.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine cleaning, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Work independently when required and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Uphold quality standards to ensure every product meets customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Required: Hands-on experience with UV printing and or Laser Engraving.
• Required: Experience in graphic arts/design (CorelDRAW preferred).
• Familiarity with creating and adjusting artwork for print production.
• Ability to follow job specs and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
