Job Title: Procurement &amp; Document Controller Engineer (Civil Engineer Graduate)Job Description:A Civil Engineer Graduate handling Procurement and Document Control is responsible for supporting the sourcing of construction materials and managing project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Functions:Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials, equipment, and servicesPrepare PO (Purchase Order) and analyze supplier quotationsCoordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery schedulesTrack and follow up on purchase orders and deliveriesEnsure materials comply with project specifications and quality standardsSupport cost estimation and budget monitoringMaintain records of suppliers, invoices, and procurement transactionsDocument Control Functions:Manage and maintain project documents (drawings, contracts, BOQs, reports)Ensure proper filing, version control, and document trackingReview and distribute incoming and outgoing documents to relevant teamsMaintain updated logs for submittals, approvals, and revisionsEnsure all documents comply with company and project standardsAssist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation for auditsCoordinate with engineers and stakeholders for document submission and approvalsGeneral Responsibilities:Coordinate with site engineers, Admin &amp; Technical StaffsEnsure compliance with project requirements and timelinesSupport overall project coordination and communicationSkills &amp; Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil EngineeringKnowledge of construction materials and documentation processesFamiliarity with procurement procedures and document control systemsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCADStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
