Housing allowance offeredResponsibilities<ul><li>Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.</li><li>Oversee property leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements with attention to detail.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other relevant legal standards.</li><li>Utilize Appfolio property management software to maintain accurate data entry, financial records, and reporting documentation.</li><li>Handle landlord-tenant law issues, conflict management, and legal administrative tasks with transparency and professionalism.</li><li>Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety standards and enhance resident satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections, manage contracts with vendors, and oversee property upkeep using.</li><li>Foster positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, personalized service, upselling amenities or services when appropriate, and resolving concerns promptly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing assistance, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law.</li><li>Proficiency in general office software for data entry, filing, and reporting purposes.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle tenant inquiries effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills for lease agreements and contract management.</li><li>Office experience that includes phone etiquette, filing systems, data entry accuracy, and administrative support functions.</li><li>Ability to manage property leasing activities while upselling amenities or services to enhance resident retention.</li><li>Facilities management knowledge to coordinate property maintenance efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
