Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental practice. The Dentist will work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols are followed in accordance with aseptic techniques.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Experience with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
