Our services include shingle, metal, tile, TPO, and modified roofing systems.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and build relationships</li><li>Generate your own leads (some warm leads provided)</li><li>Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance processes</li><li>Capture roof photos, document inspections, and update our CRM (JobNimbus)</li><li>Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth installs</li><li>Represent Pelican Roofing FL with professionalism and pride</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Sales experience is a plus &mdash; whether you&rsquo;ve sold cars, sold anything, or just know how to connect with people</li><li>Roofing experience is not required &mdash; we&rsquo;ll train you!</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday appointments</li><li>Occasional weekends during busy seasons</li><li>Evening flexibility when needed</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a locally respected brand</li><li>Flexible Schedule</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $61,752.61 - $250,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
