Pelican Roofing FL, one of Sarasota’s top-rated roofing companies, is expanding and looking for a driven Outside Sales Associate to join our team. If you're motivated, personable, and ready to grow with a company that values integrity and hustle — we want to hear from you.

We specialize in residential roofing across Sarasota and Manatee counties, working with homeowners, HOAs, and multi-unit properties. Our services include shingle, metal, tile, TPO, and modified roofing systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and build relationships
• Generate your own leads (some warm leads provided)
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance processes
• Capture roof photos, document inspections, and update our CRM (JobNimbus)
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth installs
• Represent Pelican Roofing FL with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus — whether you’ve sold cars, sold anything, or just know how to connect with people
• Roofing experience is not required — we’ll train you!

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday appointments
• Occasional weekends during busy seasons
• Evening flexibility when needed
