Ltd.Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)Experience: 5+ YearsWe are expanding our technology team and looking for a Senior Developer who will play a crucial role in building and enhancing scalable applications while guiding and mentoring a team of developers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>&emsp;Lead backend and frontend development efforts, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.</li><li>&emsp;Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).</li><li>&emsp;Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js or Angular.</li><li>&emsp;Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.</li><li>&emsp;Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.</li><li>&emsp;Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.</li><li>&emsp;Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and data scientists to deliver features end-to-end.</li><li>&emsp;Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and deployment best practices.</li><li>&emsp;Take ownership of modules, drive innovation, and contribute to architectural decisions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>&emsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li><li>&emsp;5+ years of hands-on development experience in full-stack development.</li><li>&emsp;Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.</li><li>&emsp;Proven experience in React.js or Angular (React preferred).</li><li>&emsp;Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).</li><li>&emsp;Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.</li><li>&emsp;Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.</li><li>&emsp;Prior experience in leading a small to mid-sized development team and assisting members in solving technical challenges.</li><li>&emsp;Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>&emsp;Experience leading teams to deliver complex projects built using modern frameworks.</li><li>&emsp;Experience interacting with clients and be able to provide prompt solution to resolve complex issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;2,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Python: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Angular: 2 years (Required)</li><li>React: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Team lead: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
