Senior Software Engineer

We are expanding our technology team and looking for a Senior Developer who will play a crucial role in building and enhancing scalable applications while guiding and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead backend and frontend development efforts, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
•  Design and develop backend services using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
•  Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js or Angular.
•  Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
•  Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.
•  Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.
•  Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and data scientists to deliver features end-to-end.
•  Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and deployment best practices.
•  Take ownership of modules, drive innovation, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
•  5+ years of hands-on development experience in full-stack development.
•  Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
•  Proven experience in React.js or Angular (React preferred).
•  Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
•  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
•  Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
•  Prior experience in leading a small to mid-sized development team and assisting members in solving technical challenges.
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

•  Experience leading teams to deliver complex projects built using modern frameworks.
•  Experience interacting with clients and be able to provide prompt solution to resolve complex issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
