Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the team of Biomedicals and Pan India Activity for the organization.</li><li>Supervising and tracking all service calls pan India for understanding the issue and driving the call to resolution.</li><li>In charge of the repair of all equipment on customer site and in-office service center.</li><li>In charge of leading the team for all installations and demonstration calls Pan India.</li><li>In charge of the training of the team on new products.</li><li>Support the Sales team during demonstrations.</li><li>In charge of the Maintenance of Demo units in the office.</li><li>In charge of the tracking and maintaining Warranty, AMC, CAMC list of all equipment PAN India.</li><li>Interact with biomedical teams of existing customers to understand their requirements and future needs (Part of the Customer Success team).</li><li>In charge of maintaining the service center at our office.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Male candidates are preferable.</li><li>Candidates residing in Faridabad, Haryana preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Team Management: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Medical equipment Industry: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Troubleshooting: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
