Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of Biomedicals and Pan India Activity for the organization.
- Supervising and tracking all service calls pan India for understanding the issue and driving the call to resolution.
- In charge of the repair of all equipment on customer site and in-office service center.
- In charge of leading the team for all installations and demonstration calls Pan India.
- In charge of the training of the team on new products.
- Support the Sales team during demonstrations.
- In charge of the Maintenance of Demo units in the office.
- In charge of the tracking and maintaining Warranty, AMC, CAMC list of all equipment PAN India.
- Interact with biomedical teams of existing customers to understand their requirements and future needs (Part of the Customer Success team).
- In charge of maintaining the service center at our office.
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates are preferable.
- Candidates residing in Faridabad, Haryana preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
