Member Service Agent IPeoples Advantage Federal Credit Union (PAFCU) Reports to: Branch Director Classification: Non-Exempt | Pay: $18.00/hour + incentivesOur MissionPeoples Advantage Federal Credit Union&rsquo;s mission is to be THE resource that strengthens and rebuilds our communities by empowering our members to achieve their financial dreams.The RoleThe Member Service Agent I is the front line of our mission and the primary point of contact for members in our branches.This role blends relationship-building with precise transactional work. Member Service Agents build trust with members while accurately processing daily financial transactions that keep our members and the credit union safe.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Build positive, respectful relationships with members and create a welcoming branch experience</li><li>Accurately process daily teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers</li><li>Balance and maintain a cash drawer with precision and accountability</li><li>Follow established procedures to ensure transaction accuracy and fraud prevention</li><li>Provide efficient, friendly service across walk-in, phone, and electronic channels</li><li>Educate members on PAFCU products and services and make appropriate recommendations</li><li>Listen for opportunities to help members better meet their financial goals</li><li>Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development</li><li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Members feel welcomed, respected, and confident when conducting their transactions</li><li>Transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with policy</li><li>Cash drawers balance consistently and discrepancies are resolved promptly</li><li>Members understand available services that may improve their financial well-being</li><li>The branch operates smoothly through teamwork, reliability, and accountability</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You enjoy working directly with people and take pride in accurate, detailed work</li><li>You are dependable, organized, and comfortable handling cash</li><li>You communicate clearly and professionally</li><li>You are comfortable discussing financial products and asking for members&rsquo; business</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent</li><li>Previous cash handling, teller, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching</li></ul>Why Peoples AdvantageAt Peoples Advantage, your role matters.
