Inspired by the eclectic elegance of the European art deco era, Emma Rue&rsquo;s is a place where connection, creativity, and hospitality come together to create an exceptional guest experience.We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for all things crafted and a natural drive to create unique personal connections for all guests. This role is so much more than bartending. You would design and deliver craft cocktails, create a warm and inviting atmosphere, extend exceptional and radical hospitality to all guests, serve third wave espresso and assist with serving our food and dessert program.Summary of Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Craft high quality cocktails and coffee beverages with precision</li><li>Typical prep work such as stocking glassware, filling ice wells, juice fruit, making custom syrups and spirit infusions, etc.</li><li>Plate desserts and food and deliver to guests</li><li>Bring creative ideas for cocktail beverages</li><li>Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and customer areas</li></ul>Guest Experience<ul><li>Ensure a consistently warm, polished, and welcoming guest experience</li><li>Be willing to move between floor hosting and bartending during service</li><li>Help maintain Emma Rue&rsquo;s signature balance of luxury and approachability</li><li>Help maintain Standard Operating Procedures</li></ul>Desired Experience<ul><li>2+ years of bartending experience</li><li>Experience in craft cocktail or caf&eacute; environments preferred</li><li>Strong service background with a hospitality-first mindset</li><li>Experience working on a manual espresso machine preferred</li><li>Able to work independently and take initiviate</li><li>Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.13 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Night shift</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How does working in the hospitality industry fulfill your personal WHY? </li><li>What's your favorite beverage of choice and why? </li><li>What does great hospitality mean to you?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
