 Head of Quality

This strategic leadership role will ensure full compliance with regulations &amp; standards while managing cross-functional quality and project teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all quality processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement corporate quality strategies within relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the key contact for all matters related to
 
 aviation law
 
 and
 
 quality standards
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and lead cross-functional teams in a structured and performance-driven way
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, update, and implement the
 
 Quality Management Manual (QMM)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 audits
 
 ,
 
 quality control processes
 
 , and
 
 regulatory compliance
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 supplier assessments
 
 ,
 
 customer complaints
 
 , and
 
 incoming goods inspections
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with leadership on
 
 training
 
 ,
 
 incentive programs
 
 , and
 
 KPI monitoring
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate
 
 test specifications
 
 ,
 
 process documentation
 
 , and
 
 calibration
 
 activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive
 
 corrective/preventive actions
 
 and crisis response planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead initiatives that enhance
 
 quality awareness
 
 and
 
 process efficiency
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of
 
 AS9100
 
 ,
 
 EASA Part 21-G
 
 (NADCAP is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 quality audits
 
 ,
 
 KPI tracking
 
 , and
 
 continuous improvement
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in English;
 
 both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 ERP systems
 
 and operational tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably certified as an
 
 AS9100 Lead Auditor
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of
 
 10 years of professional experience
 
 in quality management or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering is required
 </li>
