Head of Quality

Peopool Executive is seeking a Head of Quality for our global client in Tekirdağ. This strategic leadership role will ensure full compliance with regulations & standards while managing cross-functional quality and project teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement corporate quality strategies within relevant departments
• Serve as the key contact for all matters related to aviation law and quality standards
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams in a structured and performance-driven way
• Develop, update, and implement the Quality Management Manual (QMM)
• Oversee audits , quality control processes , and regulatory compliance
• Handle supplier assessments , customer complaints , and incoming goods inspections
• Collaborate with leadership on training , incentive programs , and KPI monitoring
• Ensure accurate test specifications , process documentation , and calibration activities
• Drive corrective/preventive actions and crisis response planning
• Lead initiatives that enhance quality awareness and process efficiency

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of AS9100 , EASA Part 21-G (NADCAP is a plus)
• Strong experience in quality audits , KPI tracking , and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; both written and spoken
• Proficient in ERP systems and operational tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preferably certified as an AS9100 Lead Auditor
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize effectively
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in quality management or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
