Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Engage with customers, taking drink orders.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.</li><li>Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving food items when required.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during peak hours.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests in a nightclub or fine dining setting.</li><li>Experience in food service or hospitality, with knowledge of food handling practices.</li><li>Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.</li><li>Sales skills that contribute to upselling beverages and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeShift:<ul><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Saint Clair Shores, MI 48080 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
