Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving food items when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during peak hours.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
• Experience in food service or hospitality, with knowledge of food handling practices.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
• Sales skills that contribute to upselling beverages and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
