We are seeking a highly motivated Workers&rsquo; Compensation Associate Attorney to join our legal team, meeting the following criteria: 

<ul>
<li>2-4 years minimum prior experience in handling Ohio workers&rsquo; compensation matters, preferably on the defense side.</li>
<li> 
Must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions.</li>
<li> 
Must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload.</li>
<li> 
Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.</li>
<li> 
Entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management.</li>
<li> 
Efficient time-management skills.</li>
<li> 
Values collaboration and diverse perspectives and can work with a team to creatively solve problems.</li>
<li> 
Willingness to be a productive member of a team.</li>
<li> 
Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.</li> 
</ul>
This position is for our Cleveland, Ohio office.
