Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our legal team, meeting the following criteria:

• 2-4 years minimum prior experience in handling Ohio workers’ compensation matters, preferably on the defense side.
• 
  Must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions.
• 
  Must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload.
• 
  Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.
• 
  Entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management.
• 
  Efficient time-management skills.
• 
  Values collaboration and diverse perspectives and can work with a team to creatively solve problems.
• 
  Willingness to be a productive member of a team.
• 
  Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.

This position is for our Cleveland, Ohio office.
