The Perez Institute for Physical Therapy and Wellness, Inc. was founded when we decided it was time to open a patient-oriented physical therapy practice in the city of Boca Raton. We had been practicing in this area for 7 years and felt that there needed to be a change. We have grown up in these neighborhoods and want to offer something better in personalized health care and wellness. We take pride in our positive outcomes and are thankful that we have been given the opportunity to serve our community and improve upon the health care services that are currently offered.
