Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to drive sales of our fresh products directly to retail customers through a company-provided van. In this role, you will manage a designated route, build strong client relationships, process digital transactions, restock inventory, and ensure excellent service at every stop. This position combines sales, customer service, and logistics&mdash;ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a company van to service a pre-assigned route of retail customers (e.g., Hypermarkets, Specialty stores, gas stations, small grocers).</li><li>Present, sell, and deliver products directly to customers on a daily basis.</li><li>Handle sales invoicing in digital methods and maintain accurate transaction records.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business opportunities along the route.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels in the van, customer shelves and warehouse, place orders for restocking, and ensure products are displayed attractively.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations or promotions as directed by the sales management.</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols for handling merchandise, and vehicle operation.</li><li>Complete daily sales reports, expense logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical readiness of the sales van.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Proven experience in field sales for fresh products, route sales, retail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Basic experience with mobile POS systems is advantageous.</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Familiarity with local geography and confident navigating with GPS or route maps.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base pay + commission/incentives</li><li>Company vehicle provided</li><li>Opportunities for route expansion and career growth</li><li>Training and onboarding support</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter toperfectind@outlook.com with &ldquo;Cash Van Sales Representative Application subject.Important NoteApplications without meeting the above basic requirements will be ignored.
