Position Overview:The Manager &ndash; HR Generalist (Corporate) will be responsible for overseeing and driving the full range of HR activities across the organization at a strategic and operational level. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing corporate HR functions, supporting plant HR operations, and ensuring a cohesive people strategy that enhances organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Planning&middot; Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.&middot; Lead workforce planning, organization restructuring, and talent pipeline development.&middot; Contribute to long-term HR planning, including succession management and leadership development.2. Talent Acquisition &amp; Retention&middot; Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across corporate and plant functions.&middot; Strengthen employer branding initiatives and improve talent retention through engagement and growth opportunities.&middot; Ensure seamless on boarding and orientation for senior management hires.3. Performance Management &amp; Capability Development&middot; Drive performance management system implementation across the organization.&middot; Support goal setting, competency mapping, and appraisal processes.&middot; Identify learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design L&amp;D interventions.4. Employee Engagement &amp; Organizational Culture&middot; Champion employee engagement initiatives at corporate and plant levels.&middot; Build a culture of transparency, collaboration, and recognition.&middot; Conduct organizational climate surveys and implement action plans for improvement.5. Policy Development &amp; Compliance&middot; Develop, review, and update HR policies in alignment with statutory laws and corporate standards.&middot; Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and internal governance norms.&middot; Guide and monitor HR compliance across multiple plant locations.6. HR Operations &amp; Analytics&middot; Oversee payroll processing, HRMS operations, and employee data management.&middot; Recommend improvements based on data insights and trends.7. Coordination with Plant HR Teams&middot; Provide strategic direction and support to plant HR heads.&middot; Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies and practices across all sites.&middot; Address and support in resolving IR issues, audits, and compliance challenges in coordination with unit HR.8. Leadership &amp; Team Development&middot; Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate HR team for high performance.&middot; Promote collaboration between corporate and plant HR teams.&middot; Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the HR function.Qualifications &amp; Experience:&middot; MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.&middot; 18+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-plant setup.&middot; Experience in both strategic and operational HR management.&middot; In-depth knowledge of HR laws, systems, and industry best practices.Key Skills &amp; Competencies:&middot; Strong leadership and people management skills.&middot; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.&middot; Strategic mind set with hands-on execution approach.&middot; Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.&middot; High integrity, discretion, and business acumen.Work Environment:&middot; Corporate office-based role with cross-functional coordination across multiple plants and regions.&middot; Occasional travel to sites as required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
