 Scheduling and completing all New Product Development
 
 (NPD)
 
 trials in a timely manner.

 Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialisation of NPDs.

 Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of NPD labs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead recipe development as per marketing brief - Coordinate with GRD and Regulatory teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials - Timely completion of trials as per plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain R&amp;D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc. - Update on PVM track and relevant locations on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 BOM updates on SAP &ndash; Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs. Accurate data with right scrap factors before launch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Executing BOM budgeting exercise - Completion of budget exercise as per timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership of NPD labs - Ensure right equipment and man power allocation as per project priorities. Optimal utilisation with zero overtime.
 </li>

 Product development in confectionery and allied industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Worked with flavours applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Application of SAP, Fluent with Power point and MS Excel.
 </li>

 Experience

 3-5 years in product development/ R&amp;D or process development roles, preferably in FMCG Industry.

 Production Planning Engineer will work on long term capacity planning to make the production on time with the right quantity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities;
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Doing capacity planning according to the production constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing weekly / monthly Planning &amp; KPI reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Making production analysis vs plans/allocations
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidation of forecasts and checks rough cut capacity for the whole year
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping account of actual weekly production against production plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing weekly / daily finished good supply plan to sustain production plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and acting accordingly with new development (launches) / transition projects
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Chemical)
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 2 years of production planning experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or food industry)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and verbal English
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Office and SAP MM module (preferably ICRON knowledge)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical &amp; reporting skills
 </li>
 <li>
