 , where you will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, organizational development, and employer branding activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 Details of the role are as follows:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for the full recruitment process; job posting, cv screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, assessment development organization, reference checks, offer preparation, on-boarding and orientation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for talent and stakeholder management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for learning &amp; development activities; organizing training programs in line with company strategy, scheduling training sessions, administrating company&rsquo;s e-learning training portal, monitoring the budget,
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing corporate communication according to the plan.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and verbal English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and team player skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly effective organization planning and time management skills
 </li>
