Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of young learners.</li><li>Teach basic skills such as letter recognition, counting, shapes, and colors through a variety of instructional methods, including interactive games, hands-on activities, and group exercises.</li><li>Foster social and emotional development by promoting positive peer interactions, conflict resolution, and effective communication.</li><li>Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing personalized support and feedback where needed.</li><li>Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a comprehensive learning experience for students.</li><li>Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting.</li><li>Familiarity with early childhood development theories and instructional strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.</li><li>Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior guidance strategies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
