Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of young learners.
- Teach basic skills such as letter recognition, counting, shapes, and colors through a variety of instructional methods, including interactive games, hands-on activities, and group exercises.
- Foster social and emotional development by promoting positive peer interactions, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing personalized support and feedback where needed.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Familiarity with early childhood development theories and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior guidance strategies
