<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content</li>
<li>Create and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube</li>
<li>Film team highlights, customer stories, and project progress</li>
<li>Assist with planning content calendars and social media campaigns</li>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with multiple departments</li>
<li>Manage social media posting, engagement, and basic analytics</li>
<li>Produce short-form videos, reels, and marketing materials</li>
<li>Help with marketing events, promotions, and community outreach</li>
<li>Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and platform best practices</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h2>
<ul><li>Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program</li>
<li>Experience creating and editing content (school projects count!)</li>
<li>Comfortable with cameras, lighting, mics, and basic equipment</li>
<li>Familiar with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling</li>
<li>Clear communicator, organized, and eager to learn</li>
<li>Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and with a team</li>
<li>Reliable transportation for job site visits</li>
