Marketing Intern

Perma-Seal is looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Intern to support our social media and content creation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience, loves being behind the camera, and enjoys capturing real stories out in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Create and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Film team highlights, customer stories, and project progress
• Assist with planning content calendars and social media campaigns
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with multiple departments
• Manage social media posting, engagement, and basic analytics
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and marketing materials
• Help with marketing events, promotions, and community outreach
• Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and platform best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program
• Experience creating and editing content (school projects count!)
• Comfortable with cameras, lighting, mics, and basic equipment
• Familiar with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling
• Clear communicator, organized, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and with a team
• Reliable transportation for job site visits
