Perry Heights Child Care is searching for full time and part time teachers to join our team!Full time teacher must be available 9:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-FridayPart time teacher must be available 12:00 pm-5:30 pm. Flexible days available.CDA or related degree preferred but not required.Duties: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote child development - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and social interaction - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being - Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress and any concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility-Change diapers and assist in potty training with children under 3 years.Skills: - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning in areas such as sensory, literacy, and social skills - Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulationsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Massillon, OH 44646 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Massillon, OH 44646: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
