Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources and Safety Coordinator to join our team.Duties&middot; Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and exit processes&middot; Assist management with developing and administering HR policies and procedures&middot; Maintain employee records up to date&middot; Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws&middot; Coordinate benefit options for all companies and employees&middot; Update and maintain all company handbooks with management, as needed&middot; Oversee the safety program and become fluent in the company&rsquo;s safety administration software&middot; Schedule training and distribute training materials&middot; Plan and implement OSHA policies and procedures&middot; Maintain safety policies and procedures&middot; Conduct site visits for company locations / jobsites regularly&middot; Other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
