Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources and Safety Coordinator to join our team.
Duties
· Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and exit processes
· Assist management with developing and administering HR policies and procedures
· Maintain employee records up to date
· Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
· Coordinate benefit options for all companies and employees
· Update and maintain all company handbooks with management, as needed
· Oversee the safety program and become fluent in the company’s safety administration software
· Schedule training and distribute training materials
· Plan and implement OSHA policies and procedures
· Maintain safety policies and procedures
· Conduct site visits for company locations / jobsites regularly
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
