</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
</li><li>Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
</li><li>Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt.
</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as PD1, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable.
</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Health Check and performance monitoring tools.
