"For Senior QA (10+): Position: Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead / Quality Engineering Lead Experience: 10+ Years Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise ? 10+ years of QA/Testing experience with a strong automation background. ? Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java / Python / JavaScript. ? Deep understanding of: o SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps practices o Test architecture and framework design o Continuous testing and shift-left methodologies ? Strong experience in: o UI automation o API automation o Backend and database testing o CI/CD tools o Version control (Git) o Performance Testing (JMeter) Leadership & Communication ?
