Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

• Develop and maintain scalable Windows desktop applications using .NET, WinForms, and C# following clean architecture and modular design patterns.
• Implement responsive UI components with data binding, custom controls, and event-driven programming in WinForms applications.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, databases via Entity Framework Core, WinAPI system calls, and handle asynchronous data operations for smooth user experiences.
• Drive state management using MVVM/MVP patterns and implement background processing with async/await and Task Parallel Library (TPL).
• Enable real-time features using SignalR clients or Windows notifications for live updates in desktop environments.
• Follow secure coding practices based on OWASP standards, including JWT authentication, secure local storage, and RBAC implementation.
• Use GIT for version control and maintain clean commit history with feature branching strategies.
• Participate in Agile practices—sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Analyze application performance, memory usage, and UI responsiveness through profiling and optimization.
• Document application modules using standardized formats.
• Develop modular WinForms applications with plugin support, extensible UI frameworks, and WinAPI extensibility.

Must Have Skills

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming using async/await and BackgroundWorker.
• Strong experience in developing desktop applications using WinForms, ASP.NET Core APIs, and C#.
• Hands-on expertise with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and WinAPI file/system operations.
• Solid understanding of WinForms data binding, custom controls, and UI event pipelines.
• Experience with authentication/authorization using JWT, OAuth, and secure configuration.

Primary Skills

• Proficient in Git/GitHub/GitLab (branching, rebase/merge workflows, PR management).
• Skilled in debugging using Visual Studio Debugger, Performance Profiler, and WinForms diagnostics.
• Familiarity with feature-based folder structure, SOLID principles, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Hands-on with Windows deployment tools like MSIX packaging, ClickOnce, and installer creation.
• Experience in task estimation, sprint tracking, and basic project management activities.

Good To Have

• Experience deploying applications with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Skilled in unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, with mocking tools like Moq/NSubstitute.
• Proficient in implementing observability using Serilog, Application Insights, or logging frameworks.
• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Familiarity with Angular development including NgRx state management, standalone services, and Micro Frontends with Webpack Module Federation.
