Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while engaging with diverse clientele.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. </li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. </li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly and accurately. </li><li>Monitor guest behavior in nightlife or nightclub settings to ensure safety and responsible serving practices. </li><li>Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure seamless service during busy hours. </li><li>Assist with catering or banquet events by serving drinks at large functions while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. </li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. </li><li>Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming environments for diverse guests. </li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. </li><li>Experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. </li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. </li><li>Familiarity with the food industry&rsquo;s standards for hospitality, brewing processes, catering setups, and retail math concepts.
