JOB TITLE:		Data Analyst, Bilingual preferredFLSA STATUS:	Not Exempt; Part-Time (15 hours per week)COMPENSATION:	$23 - $26/hrSUPERVISOR:	Adult Day and Case Management ManagerSUBMIT:	Cover Letter and Resume to jobs@petalumapeople.orgPOSITION OVERVIEW:As part of the Aging Well Together team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for data input, tracking, and reporting for all Aging Well Together programs. This role ensures that program data accurately reflects the impact of services supporting older adults in our community.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Ensure accurate documentation and data collection across all Aging Well Together programs, in alignment with City of Petaluma, Area Agency on Aging (AAA), and Sonoma County Department of Health Services (OCAM) contract requirements.</li><li>Enter and maintain program data in the Service Outcomes Management System (SOMS)</li><li>Generate quarterly reports for AWT contracts including City of Petaluma, AAA, OCAM, MHSA-OAC</li><li>Collaborate with staff to improve data quality and consistency.</li><li>Serve as substitute for Cafe Coordinator, as needed</li><li>Provide translation (written and verbal) for program materials and participants as needed.</li><li>Complete and file necessary training, including SOMS training.</li><li>Attends agency and county meetings as required.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Must test negative for tuberculosis.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>One to two years of experience in data entry, data management and/or contract reporting, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting</li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly with program staff</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with SOMS or similar database preferred.</li></ul>ADA COMPLIANCE - PHYSICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, COGNITIVE &amp; PSYCHOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS:Physical:&#8239;Regularly sits up to 2-3 hours per day. Gets up and down frequently throughout the day to interface with others. Must have excellent hearing, speech and writing capabilities, and the ability to lift 10 lbs.Environmental:&#8239;Works alone, with and around others. Work environment is moderately noisy. Distractions are regular.Cognitive:&#8239;Required to read, write, compile, sort and analyze simple to moderately complex information.&#8239;Independently assesses workload and prioritizes activities. Very strong organizational and planning skills. Able to communicate and resolve semi-complex problemsindependently. Excellent listening skills and ability to perform tasks requiring great attention to detail. Uses judgment and initiative, within defined limits of discretion, in making recommendations and decisions.Psychological:&#8239;Strong interpersonal and communications skills to deal with emotional, demanding, or difficult people and/or situations. Regular exposure to high-stress situations withdemands, deadlines, shifting priorities and multi-tasking.
