Job Title: Server/BartenderReports to: Food &amp; Beverage ManagerPete Dye Golf Club is seeking a professional and personable Bartender/Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests. This role requires a high level of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming, refined experience in a private club setting. This position combines both bartending and table service responsibilities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards</li><li>Take and serve food orders accurately and efficiently in the bar, dining room, and event areas</li><li>Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and club events</li><li>Pick-up and deliver food orders from the kitchen, making sure to communicate with the Chef regarding any special preferences or allergy information.</li><li>Clear tables, prep for future service, and assist with setup, service, and teardown of all Club hosted special events.</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify identification when required</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area</li><li>Process member charges, cash, and credit card transactions accurately</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen, golf, and clubhouse staff</li><li>Assist with private events, tournaments, banquets, and member functions</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and club policies at all times</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous bartending and/or serving experience in a mid-range to high-end restaurant is required; private club experience a plus</li><li>Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Availability to work mornings, weekends, holidays, and tournament days</li><li>Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Become a valued member of a committed and passionate hospitality team.</li><li>Competitive hourly wage plus tips</li><li>Consistent scheduling in a professional environment</li><li>Complimentary meals during shifts</li><li>Work in a beautiful, member-focused setting</li><li>Complimentary employee meals everyday</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalPay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Restaurant experience: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
