This role blends strategic marketing analysis with hands-on creative leadership across digital and traditional channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, social, and print</li><li>Lead creative direction for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize marketing ROI</li><li>Design and implement product packaging aligned with brand identity and market trends</li><li>Oversee content calendars, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform both strategic and creative decisions</li><li>Guide A/B testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping</li><li>Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives</li><li>QA marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, creative direction, or marketing analytics</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CRM platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn design, branded templates, and collaborative content creation</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and campaign optimization</li><li>Exceptional storytelling, visual communication, and brand positioning skills</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable creative strategies</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities</li><li>Experience mentoring junior creatives and collaborating across departments</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable balancing analytical rigor with imaginative execution</li><li>Passionate about brand growth, customer engagement, and innovation</li></ul>About UsPetpals Group Inc. designs and distributes innovative pet products that bring comfort, style, and enrichment to pets and their families.
