Senior Marketing Strategist & Creative Lead

Petpals Group Inc. is seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creatively inspired Senior Marketing Strategist & Creative Lead to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth. This role blends strategic marketing analysis with hands-on creative leadership across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, social, and print
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize marketing ROI
  • Design and implement product packaging aligned with brand identity and market trends
  • Oversee content calendars, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform both strategic and creative decisions
  • Guide A/B testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives
  • QA marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, creative direction, or marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn design, branded templates, and collaborative content creation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and campaign optimization
  • Exceptional storytelling, visual communication, and brand positioning skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable creative strategies
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Experience mentoring junior creatives and collaborating across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
