 We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and business expansion within our outdoor sales operations.  As a Sales Team Leader, you will:

 Lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives to exceed revenue targets and achieve exceptional results

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands and business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily field visits with team members, providing hands-on coaching and addressing challenges in real-time
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor new sales talent and provide ongoing professional development for current team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare comprehensive reports including monthly and weekly forecasts, daily work plans, and pipeline analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales targets and track daily achievements to ensure consistent performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidate market intelligence and present actionable insights to upper management
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with technical support, operations, and administrative teams to resolve pending requests and ensure seamless customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective communication between team members and cross-functional departments

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
