 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

 Create, update, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and retention.

 <li>
 Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct experiments to test different tactics, messages, and designs for improved conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and internal teams to align on growth initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage public relations and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions and events.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and internal regulations

 Strong analytical and numerical ability.

 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus.
