We are a small business seeking an experienced QuickBooks ProAdvisor or highly proficient QuickBooks bookkeeper to help us get caught up and organized.Scope of Work:<ul><li>Review and reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Clean up and categorize past transactions correctly</li><li>Bring books current through present date</li><li>Ensure financials are accurate and tax-ready</li><li>Identify discrepancies and resolve errors</li><li>Prepare clean Profit &amp; Loss and Balance Sheet reports</li><li>Coordinate with our CPA (if needed) for tax preparation</li></ul>Current Situation:<ul><li>We own and operate our own business</li><li>Books are behind and need organized cleanup</li><li>Multiple credit card accounts need reconciliation</li><li>Goal is to become fully caught up and stay compliant</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred</li><li>3+ years experience in bookkeeping</li><li>Experience with cleanup projects and reconciliations</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and small business accounting</li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate clearly</li></ul>Project Type:<ul><li>Initial cleanup project (fixed fee or hourly)</li><li>Potential for ongoing monthly bookkeeping</li></ul>Please Include:<ul><li>Your QuickBooks certifications</li><li>Relevant cleanup experience</li><li>Estimated timeline to complete project</li><li>Hourly rate or fixed project estimate</li><li>2&ndash;3 references (if available)</li></ul>We are looking for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and trustworthy.Pay: $23.68 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Denver, NC 28037 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Denver, NC 28037
