Quickbooks Bookkeeper Needed- Cleanup & Tax- Ready Financials

We are a small business seeking an experienced QuickBooks ProAdvisor or highly proficient QuickBooks bookkeeper to help us get caught up and organized.

Scope of Work:

• Review and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Clean up and categorize past transactions correctly
• Bring books current through present date
• Ensure financials are accurate and tax-ready
• Identify discrepancies and resolve errors
• Prepare clean Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
• Coordinate with our CPA (if needed) for tax preparation

Current Situation:

• We own and operate our own business
• Books are behind and need organized cleanup
• Multiple credit card accounts need reconciliation
• Goal is to become fully caught up and stay compliant

Qualifications:

• Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
• 3+ years experience in bookkeeping
• Experience with cleanup projects and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of GAAP and small business accounting
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Project Type:

• Initial cleanup project (fixed fee or hourly)
• Potential for ongoing monthly bookkeeping

Pay: $23.68 - $60.00 per hour
