The Video &amp; Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing video content and social media campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role oversees end-to-end video production, manages company social media channels, and executes integrated digital campaigns in partnership with marketing, sales, programming, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is a highly creative storyteller with strong technical production skills, a deep understanding of social platforms and trends, and proven ability to leverage AI tools and modern design programs to enhance content efficiency and quality.</p>

Responsibilities</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li>
Plan, shoot, edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, training, events and social media.</li><li>
Own the social media content calendar, including content planning, postin, monitoring, and community engagement across major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).</li><li>
Create platform optimized video content (shortform and longform) tailored to audience behaviors and emerging social trends.</li><li>
Manage the entire video production workflow, including storyboarding, scripting, fiming, editing, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery.</li><li>
Use AI powered tools (e.g., for video editing, copy generation, content ideation, analytics, and automation) to improve efficiency and creative output.</li><li>
Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>
Measure, analyze, and report on video and cocial media performance, refine content based on KPIs and insights.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns with video assets, landing pages, and digital content.</li><li>
Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email campaigns,and display advertising as needed.</li><li>
Create visual assets using Canva and other design tools to support video, social media, and digital campaigns.</li><li>
Evaluate emerging trends, tools, and technologies in video production and social media to recommend adoption when appropriate.</li><li>
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet brand and quality standards.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Additional and/or Specific Skills</b></h4><ul><li>
Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.</li><li>
Proficiency with AI driven creative tools (video enhancement, script creation, automation workflows, image generation, etc.)</li><li>
Hands on experience using Canva for graphic creation, video templates, and social media asset development.</li><li>
Experience with motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.</li><li>
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and platform best practices.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Highly organized and selfdirected with strong project management capabilities.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>

Education/Experience</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film or related field preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience in video production, editing, and social media management.</li><li>
Demonstrated success creating video content that drives engagement and conversions.</li><li>
Experience with popular AI tools used in content creation, editing, automation, or performance analytics.</li><li>
Experience running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, inkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.</li><li>
Experience with CRM, CMS and ESP tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights).</li><li>
Creating mindset with the ability to translate goals into compelling visual stories.</li><li>
Experience promoting technology products is a plus.</li><li>
Uptodate with the lates video, social media, AI, and digital marketing best practices.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
