The Video & Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing video content and social media campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role oversees end-to-end video production, manages company social media channels, and executes integrated digital campaigns in partnership with marketing, sales, programming, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is a highly creative storyteller with strong technical production skills, a deep understanding of social platforms and trends, and proven ability to leverage AI tools and modern design programs to enhance content efficiency and quality.

Plan, shoot, edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, training, events and social media.

Own the social media content calendar, including content planning, postin, monitoring, and community engagement across major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

Create platform optimized video content (shortform and longform) tailored to audience behaviors and emerging social trends.

Manage the entire video production workflow, including storyboarding, scripting, fiming, editing, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery.

Use AI powered tools (e.g., for video editing, copy generation, content ideation, analytics, and automation) to improve efficiency and creative output.

Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.

Measure, analyze, and report on video and cocial media performance, refine content based on KPIs and insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns with video assets, landing pages, and digital content.

Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email campaigns,and display advertising as needed.

Create visual assets using Canva and other design tools to support video, social media, and digital campaigns.

Evaluate emerging trends, tools, and technologies in video production and social media to recommend adoption when appropriate.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet brand and quality standards.

Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Proficiency with AI driven creative tools (video enhancement, script creation, automation workflows, image generation, etc.)

Hands on experience using Canva for graphic creation, video templates, and social media asset development.

Experience with motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and platform best practices.

Experience running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, inkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Experience with CRM, CMS and ESP tools.

Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights).

Creating mindset with the ability to translate goals into compelling visual stories.
