Job Purpose: 
Petrotec is seeking a skilled LMS Content Creator (Contractor) to develop and transform internal business content into structured, engaging e-learning courses for our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). The role will work closely with multiple departments across Petrotec collecting subject matter content and converting it into professional training modules aligned with company standards.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Develop high-quality e-learning content for the SAP SuccessFactors LMS based on business requirements across all departments</li>
<li>Translate raw information (PowerPoints, SOPs, policies, manuals) into structured courses and lessons.</li>
<li>Design interactive learning material (quizzes, knowledge checks, scenario questions, assessments).</li>
<li>Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate content accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Ensure content aligns with Petrotec branding, tone, and internal communication standards.</li>
<li>Support upload and configuration of courses on SAP SuccessFactors (or coordinate with LMS admin).</li>
<li>Update and enhance existing content as processes/policies change.</li>
<li>Maintain content library structure and file organization.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications & Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in e-learning content development / instructional design / course creation.</li>
<li>Strong writing and content structuring skills (clear, professional, learner-friendly).</li>
<li>Experience working with multiple departments and extracting knowledge from SMEs.</li>
<li>Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors LMS</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Experience using content tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), Canva, PPT advanced design, or similar.</li>
<li>Experience with video editing tools, preferably Final Cut Pro</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools for content development (e.g., script writing, design support, visuals)</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Strong ability to convert documents and SME input into structured training courses</li>
<li>Experience using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or similar tools</li>
<li>Familiar with LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong English writing and communication skills (Arabic is a plus)</li>
<li>Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content</li>

LMS - SuccessFactors Content Creator

Job Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and coordinate the end-to-end order execution process for equipment supply. The role involves reviewing customer purchase orders, processing internal orders to OEMs, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate order status updates, coordinating with logistics partners, and handling financial documentation including Letters of Credit and AR/AP matters. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across internal and external stakeholders.
 
Job Role: 
<ul>
<li>Receive the Customer Purchase Order (PO) along with all supporting documents from the Proposals Engineer and review thoroughly to ensure complete understanding of the requirements—attention to detail is critical.</li>
<li>Process internal Purchase Orders to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), obtain Order Acknowledgements (OAs) from OEMs, and share our OA with the customer.</li>
<li>Follow up on order deliveries and coordinate shipment collections and dispatches.</li>
<li>Provide timely order status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Finance team for the establishment of Letters of Credit (LCs).</li>
<li>Ensure timely invoicing of delivered orders.</li>
<li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) matters.</li>
<li>Efficiently handle the end-to-end management and documentation of all equipment supply orders.</li>
<li>Liaise with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external meetings as required.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
Required Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Commerce, or a related field.
 
Experience Required: 
0 to 1 years of relevant experience.
 
Skill Set: 
Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, well-organized with the ability to multitask, and a collaborative team player.
