<div><ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial services, oil &amp; gas, or power sectors</li><li>
Proven experience in selling services such as chemical cleaning, descaling, hydro blasting, lube oil flushing and filtration, or related maintenance solutions</li><li>

Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation</li><li>
Experience coordinating service delivery, including mobilization, site execution, and client interfacing during shutdowns/turnarounds</li><li>
Good understanding of local regulatory requirements, including import/ export regulations, HSE standards, chemical handling, and waste disposal regulations</li><li>
Familiarity with vendor registration processes and tendering procedures within major operators and industrial clients</li><li>
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Self-starter with the ability to independently manage the Kuwait market, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the capability to operate with minimal supervision from regional headquarters
</li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage</li></ul>

Sales Engineer

<div>Job Summary :
To implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards on projects/sites in Qatar, ensuring compliance with
company procedures, client requirements and local regulations, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities :<ul><li>
Implement and enforce the company HSE plan, procedures and site-specific risk assessments.</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification; ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out.</li><li>
Lead or facilitate risk assessments, JSAs and toolbox talks for routine and non-routine activities.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space, work-at-height, lifting, hot work and other critical control procedures.</li><li>
Conduct HSE inductions and refresher trainings for employees, subcontractors and visitors.</li><li>
Report, investigate and document incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions; support root cause analysis and preventive actions.
</li><li>Maintain HSE records (inspections, trainings, permits, incident reports) and prepare periodic HSE performance reports for management and clients.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Job-Specific Education &amp; Certification:
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline.</li></ul>
Certifications<ul><li>
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).</li><li>
Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, first aid, fire warden, or PTW / Work Permit Receiver are an advantage.</li></ul>
