<div>Job Summary
<ul><li>The Inspector &ndash; QA/QC is responsible for carrying out inspection and quality verification activities during material receipt, fabrication, assembly, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining quality consistency, ensuring traceability, and supporting the organization&rsquo;s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.</li></ul>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabrication, welding, assembly, and mechanical works in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and specifications.</li><li>
Inspect incoming materials, components, and consumables to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements. Verify material test certificates (MTCs) and maintain traceability.</li><li>
Support pressure tests, NDT activities, and dimensional inspections. Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and used as per defined standards.</li><li>
Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Maintain accurate and detailed QA/QC records for traceability and audit purposes.</li><li>
Identify and report deviations or non-conformances to the QA/QC Engineer. Assist in root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>
Ensure all inspection and testing activities adhere to company QA/QC procedures, project quality plans, and international codes and standards.</li><li>
Work closely with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure that quality requirements are clearly communicated and properly implemented.</li><li>
Participate in vendor or subcontractor inspections when required to verify compliance with quality and technical specifications</li><li>
Assist during client and third-party inspections by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with project quality requirements.</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines during inspection activities and ensure that inspection processes comply with the company&rsquo;s HSE standards</li></ul>
QHSE Responsibilities<ul><li>
Comply with all QHSE standards, policies, and procedures relevant to your work.</li><li>
Actively participate in QHSE meetings and complete all required safety inductions and trainings.</li><li>
Identify and report unsafe conditions; take corrective action where possible within your scope.</li><li>
Follow guidance provided by QHSE officers and use PPE and emergency equipment correctly.</li><li>
Support a safe work environment by cooperating with safety practices and encouraging others to do the same.</li><li>
Refer to the OHSMS Manual, Section 4.4.1, for further clarification on individual QHSE responsibilities and accountability.</li></ul>
Education &amp; Certificates<ul><li>
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>
NDT Level II (UT/RT/PT/MT) preferred.</li></ul>
Experience
<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil &amp; Gas projects, 5 years of which must be in the onshore Gas Facilities sector, preferably in LNG.</li><li>
Familiar with electrical and instrumentation specific codes and standards (i.e., IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, ATEX/ IECEX-60079. etc.).</li><li>
Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation and hookup, and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.</li></ul></div>

Inspector - QA/QC

<div>Job Summary :
To implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards on projects/sites in Qatar, ensuring compliance with
company procedures, client requirements and local regulations, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities :<ul><li>
Implement and enforce the company HSE plan, procedures and site-specific risk assessments.</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification; ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out.</li><li>
Lead or facilitate risk assessments, JSAs and toolbox talks for routine and non-routine activities.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space, work-at-height, lifting, hot work and other critical control procedures.</li><li>
Conduct HSE inductions and refresher trainings for employees, subcontractors and visitors.</li><li>
Report, investigate and document incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions; support root cause analysis and preventive actions.
</li><li>Maintain HSE records (inspections, trainings, permits, incident reports) and prepare periodic HSE performance reports for management and clients.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Job-Specific Education &amp; Certification:
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline.</li></ul>
Certifications<ul><li>
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).</li><li>
Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, first aid, fire warden, or PTW / Work Permit Receiver are an advantage.</li></ul>
