If you're organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you at the front of our operations.What you'll doCustomer experience &amp; front desk<ul><li>Welcome pet owners warmly and guide them through available services, packages, and ongoing promotions.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to general inquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.</li><li>Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.</li></ul>Billing &amp; cash management<ul><li>Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software; process cash, card, and digital payments; issue receipts and manage the cash register.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile daily cash records in coordination with the manager.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; stock control<ul><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct daily physical stock counts.</li><li>Oversee returns management and maintain accurate stock inward entries.</li><li>Maintain daily inventory sold summaries aligned with load sheets and monitor stock levels of running items against daily demand.</li></ul>Team &amp; operations<ul><li>Support recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision of store and support staff.</li><li>Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, performance-driven work environment.</li><li>Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth service flow and timely customer updates.</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) &mdash; preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in a cashier, front desk, or retail customer service role.</li><li>Comfortable with MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.</li><li>Trustworthy, well-presented, and genuinely customer-friendly &mdash; someone who makes people feel at ease the moment they walk in.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills &mdash; you can juggle a busy front desk without dropping the ball.</li></ul>A love for animals (or at least a lot of patience around them!) is a definite plus.Why PetsOne.pk?We're not just another retail job.
