What you'll do

Customer experience & front desk

• Welcome pet owners warmly and guide them through available services, packages, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to general inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
• Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Billing & cash management

• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software; process cash, card, and digital payments; issue receipts and manage the cash register.
• Maintain and reconcile daily cash records in coordination with the manager.

Inventory & stock control

• Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct daily physical stock counts.
• Oversee returns management and maintain accurate stock inward entries.
• Maintain daily inventory sold summaries aligned with load sheets and monitor stock levels of running items against daily demand.

Team & operations

• Support recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision of store and support staff.
• Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, performance-driven work environment.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth service flow and timely customer updates.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) — preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a cashier, front desk, or retail customer service role.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.
• Trustworthy, well-presented, and genuinely customer-friendly — someone who makes people feel at ease the moment they walk in.
• Strong communication and organizational skills — you can juggle a busy front desk without dropping the ball.

A love for animals (or at least a lot of patience around them!) is a definite plus.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
